IATA / CNS / IACSSP Cargo Security Training

This program applies only to cargo 16 ounces (453.6 grams) or greater in weight that the IAC (Indirect Air Carrier), its agent(s) tenders within the United States for domestic or international air transportation on a passenger carrying aircraft.

The FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), through Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 109, Change 3, has mandated that all IACs (Indirect Air Carriers, i.e Freight Forwarders, Cargo Agents, Freight Consolidators) adopt and carry out a security program. IACSSP (Indirect Air Carrier Standard Security Program).

The FAA has provided you with a Standard Security Program which covers various aspects of the security requirements and to provide guidance to the carriers.

GTTS USA, Ltd is an IATA/CNS IACSSP Cargo Security Training School and our training program is designed to enable all employees to gain a thorough and comprehensive understanding of their security responsibilities.

IATA/CNS MAKES TRAINING MANDATORY
As a result of CNS Board of Directors Resolution, CNS announced that in the United States, to retain IATA/ CNS Endorsed status,

“Each CNS Endorsed Cargo Agent and Intermediary, including each listed Branch Office, shall have security trained personnel...”

In simple terms IATA/ CNS Cargo Security training is mandatory and must be complied with. Failure to complete training may result in your company losing its Endorsement Status as a CNS/IATA Cargo Agent and Intermediary.
