A $150.00 fee is charged for cancellations within 10 business days of seminar start date. This fee also applies to rescheduling within 10 business days of seminar start date and "no-shows". Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations received 10 business days or more prior to your seminar are fully refundable. Global Transport Training Services reserves the right to cancel or postpone seminar prior to start date. Should this occur, a full refund of the seminar tuition will be made or you may apply your prepayment to another seminar.
No-show is a person who registers for a seminar and does not cancel or attend that seminar.
